1. TERMS OF USE

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Eligibility

This is a 21+ event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in and may be required at participating venues. No exceptions.

Ticketing & Payments

Full Experience tickets are $249 per person.
Early Bird pricing of $179 is available through March 15, 2026 (full payment required).

All ticket purchases must be made through www.vibesvinofest.com.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available until March 31, 2026, minus any deposit and a $50 administrative fee.

After March 31, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Event Changes

Guicy Beverage Brands reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary, venue schedule, or transportation provider if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be notified of any significant updates.

Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behavior throughout the experience.

Guicy Beverage Brands reserves the right to remove any guest displaying unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct without refund.

3. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour includes group travel and alcohol consumption.
By attending, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to participate voluntarily.

Release of Liability

By attending, you release Guicy Beverage Brands and its partners, venues, transportation providers, affiliates, and sponsors from any claims related to injury, loss, damage, or liability during the event.

Personal Responsibility

Guests are expected to drink responsibly and maintain awareness of personal belongings and well-being throughout the tour.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guicy Beverage Brands and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your participation.

Media Release

By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

Guests wishing to opt out must submit a written request prior to the event date.
