Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour – Terms, Policies & Legal Agreements

Event: Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour – Waters Edge Winery Edition (Saturday, July 26, 2025)

1. TERMS OF USE

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Eligibility
This is a 21+ event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in and at each participating venue. No exceptions.

Ticketing & Payments

• Tickets are $129 per person. There is no longer a “Meet Us There” option.
• A non-refundable deposit of $50 holds your seat.
• Final balance must be paid by Thursday, July 18, 2025 to retain your spot.
• Early Bird pricing was available through Sunday, July 13, 2025, with full payment only.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available until Thursday, July 10, 2025, minus your $50 deposit and a $49 administrative fee.
• After July 10, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
   

Event Changes
Guicy Brands reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, venue schedule, artist lineup, or transportation provider in case of unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be notified promptly of any major updates.

Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful, responsible behavior. Anyone displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct may be removed from the event without refund.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Guicy Beverage Brands is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy.

What We Collect

• Name, email address, phone number
• Billing and payment details
• Communication preferences (email/SMS opt-ins)
   

How We Use It

• To process your registration and ticket payment
• To share event logistics, updates, and promotional content
• To support customer service and tour-related communication
   

Sharing of Information
We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of essential service providers (e.g., payment platforms, SMS providers, ticketing systems).

Opt-Out Options
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails or texts at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS.

Data Security

3. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Assumption of Risk
By joining the Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour, you understand the inherent risks involved in group travel, alcohol consumption, physical movement, and public exposure. You voluntarily accept these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.

Release of Liability
You release Guicy Beverage Brands, its partners, venues, sponsors, volunteers, affiliates, and transportation provider (CAAL Worldwide) from any claims related to injury, loss, damage, or personal liability during the event.

Personal Responsibility
You are expected to drink responsibly, follow event guidelines, and take full responsibility for your personal items and well-being throughout the day.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guicy Beverage Brands and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your actions or participation in the event.

Media Release
By attending the tour, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes across Guicy Brands' websites, social platforms, and marketing materials. To opt out, please submit a written request before the event date.
