Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour – Terms, Policies & Legal Agreements

Event: Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour – Saturday, June 21, 2025

1. TERMS OF USE

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Eligibility

This is a 21+ event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in and each venue. No exceptions will be made.

Ticketing & Payments

• A $49 non-refundable deposit holds your Full Experience seat.
• Final payment is due by April 30, 2025.
• Early Bird pricing is only available with full payment by April 15, 2025.
• The “Meet Us There” option must be paid in full at time of booking.

Refunds

• Refunds are available until May 21, 2025, minus your $49 deposit and a $49      administrative fee.
• After May 21, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Event Changes

Guicy Brands reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, venue schedule, artist lineup, or bus provider in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be notified of any significant updates.

Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event. Any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may be removed without refund.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Guicy Beverage Brands is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

What We Collect

• Name, email address, phone number
• Billing and payment details
• Communication preferences (email and SMS opt-ins)

How We Use It

• To process your event registration and payments
• To send you event updates, logistics, and promotional content
• To provide service and support related to the event

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your information with outside organizations, except as required for payment processing or event logistics (e.g., ticketing platforms, SMS providers).

Opt-Out

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails or texts at any time. Standard message rates may apply for SMS communications.

Data Security

Your information is stored securely using encrypted services and trusted platforms.

3. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Assumption of Risk

By attending the Vibes & Vino Wine Bar Tour, you understand and acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel-related incidents, alcohol consumption, physical activity, injury, and exposure to the public.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.

Release of Liability

You hereby release and hold harmless Guicy Beverage Brands, its partners, affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, transportation provider (CAAL Worldwide), and all associated venues from any and all claims of loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from or related to your participation in the event.

Personal Responsibility

You agree to drink responsibly, follow event rules, and respect all other participants and staff. You are solely responsible for your belongings and well-being throughout the tour.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Guicy Beverage Brands and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your conduct or participation.

Media Release

By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. Guicy Brands may use these images for promotional use on websites, social platforms, or advertising. You may opt out of this in writing prior to the event.
